Welcome to BuySell9ja.com.ng. By registering as a Vendor or using our platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

Vendors must provide accurate personal and business information, including a valid NIN or CAC Business Registration Number, bank account details, State, and LGA.

2. Product Listings

• All products must be genuine and accurately described.
• Vendors must set correct stock quantity, price, and shipping fee.
• Products are subject to Admin approval before they appear on the website.
• Prohibited items (illegal goods, counterfeit products, etc.) are not allowed.

3. Payments and Commission

• Payments are processed through Paystack.
• BuySell9ja charges a platform commission of 4% on every successful sale.
• The remaining 96% is paid to the vendor’s registered bank account / subaccount.
• Vendors are responsible for delivering products to customers as agreed.

4. Orders and Delivery

• Vendors must process and fulfill orders promptly.
• Pickup station and estimated delivery days must be clearly stated.
• Failure to deliver may result in account suspension.

5. Account Responsibility

Vendors are responsible for keeping their login details safe. BuySell9ja is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access due to weak passwords or shared accounts.

6. Suspension and Termination

BuySell9ja reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any vendor who violates these terms, engages in fraud, or repeatedly fails to fulfill orders.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
